  • Bookings for ATV and UTV tours (e.g., 1‑hour, 2‑hour, custom rides) are confirmed upon full payment.

  • Prices are as listed on the site and may change without prior notice. Custom tour pricing will be detailed and agreed upon before booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the reserved tour time.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour may be subject to partial or non-refundable fees, depending on the situation.

  • In case of weather or safety issues, Thrill Seekers 649 reserves the right to reschedule or refund tours as needed.

4. Health & Safety

  • You must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides.

  • Participation is at your own risk, and Thrill Seekers 649 is not liable for injuries or accidents due to negligence or failure to follow instructions.

5. Age & Responsibility

  • Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and a waiver must be signed.

  • Drivers should hold a valid driver’s license, if required by law or local regulations.

6. Liability

  • Thrill Seekers 649 is not liable for loss, damage, or injury resulting from tour participation, except where required by law.

  • Personal property brought on tours is your responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including images, text, logos, and guides, belongs to Thrill Seekers 649 and is protected by copyright.

  • Reproduction or reuse of content without written permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
